What to Expect on Your Trauma Integration Session

This isn't a generic discovery call. It's a genuine, one-to-one conversation designed to give you real clarity — whether we end up working together or not.

Here's how we'll spend our time:

1. Your Story, Your Patterns We'll start by getting to know what's actually going on for you right now — the cycles you keep repeating, the triggers that won't shift, the feeling that something deeper is holding you back. This is your space to be honest about where you are.

2. Uncover What's Really Driving It Together, we'll look beneath the surface — at the unconscious trauma patterns shaping your reactions, your relationships, your health, and your sense of self. Most people leave this part saying "I had no idea that was connected."

3. Your Personal Integration Roadmap I'll share what I see and map out the specific steps that would help you move from reactive and stuck to grounded, clear, and self-led. You'll leave with a concrete plan — not just motivation.

4. See If the Program Is Right for You If it feels like a good fit, I'll walk you through my 4-phase Trauma Integration Process and how it could work for your situation. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about what's possible.

Before the Call

To help me make the most of our time, spend a few minutes thinking about:

What patterns or triggers are showing up most in your life right now?

What have you already tried — therapy, self-help, breathwork, meditation — and what shifted (or didn't)?

If this process worked exactly as you hoped, what would your life look like in 3 months?

You don't need to write anything down — just have a think so we can get straight into what matters.

A Quick Note From Me

I know booking a call like this can feel like a big step, especially when you've been dealing with these patterns for a long time. I want you to know — there's no judgement here.

I've worked with people at every stage of this journey, and wherever you are right now is exactly the right place to start.

I'm looking forward to meeting you.
